Admission

I hereby solemnly promise and declare that my conduct inside and outside the college at present or any change/addition in the future. I also declare that if there is any deviation, violation or involvement in any fault in any manner he will be penalised and punished as per the rules of the college which includes suspension. I will obey and abide the decision of the college management's decision and their decision will be final. I also promise that we will follow the law and will not involve in any activities like groupism, participate in any strike or anti-college activity, any-social or anti-national activities. I also declare that we will not part in any kind of ragging activity directly/indirectly or otherwise.

I/We are fully aware that I will not be allowed to appear for the examination if I do not attend required numbers or classes by the college. I am also aware I will not be allowed to appear for the examination if I fails to submit satisfactory all assignments and project reports as specified by the institute within the stipulated time limit.

The information given by us in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I/We understand that if any of the statement made by us in the application form or any information supplied by me in connection with my admission is later on, at any time, found to be false or incorrect, my admission will be cancelled, fee will be forfeited and he/she may be expelled from the college.

I/We undertake and abide myself to pay such fees and charges which the Government of Uttar Pradesh and/or Allahabad state university or AICTE may levy from time to time by due date and in the event of failure on my part, the director/principle of the institute may take such action against me as he/she may deem fit. I/We also undertake to pay the difference in the fees. If the fees structure is revised by the government/Allahabad State University/ college management from time to time.

We fully understand the content of this understanding and it has been explained to us in english and in vernacular language. I/We are confirming here with full knowledge and awareness.
